Traditional stone: stone houses have 50cm thick massive stonewalls. The thickness of the walls guarantees an earthquake proof house, keeping it cool during the summer months and warm during the winter. Stone is an isolating material; the temperatures inside the house will be stable. The maintenance on a stone house is minimal, stone buildings allow more space for the same building permission as the square meterage is measured from inside of the building and not outside.

Half stone half brick: combining traditional Cretan features and modern comfort, for those who do not wish to have all the interior walls in stone (too much stone), some of the interior walls can be rendered, leaving however the stone features around the doors and the windows. Another option is half stone half brick building, blending traditional stonework features using local materials with the more modern looking rendering.

Traditional bungalow: We have a wide range of off plan bungalows on selected plots for those of you seeking living space on one level. Bungalows save m2 by not having interior stairs, which can take up to 8 – 10 m2 from the building. If your plot allows it and you have enough footprint, you may opt for a bungalow with a pitched ceramic roof or with a roof terrace allowing you to use the roof space.

Modern brick: personalize your house by choosing a modern brick design

Upside down houses: the living room on the top floor and the bedrooms on the ground allow optimal views and avoids high digging costs and building of supporting walls on plots with big slopes. Your home will have cooler bedrooms.

Apartments: Our apartments are unique and stylish projects, ideal for those seeking a holiday home close to amenities, the beach and transport means.  We offer one and two bedroom apartments, either with or without a shared pool.

Village Homes: Our village home projects are usually on a shared plot either with or without a communal swimming pool, located in villages with local amenities.
